Job Description

Job Title: Operations Administrator Location: Peterborough Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)Summary of Position:Our client, an innovative Med-Tech business is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their growing team. The Operations Administrator will be expected to become a key aid to the business, providing administrative support to the Range Managementteam, being involved in a wide variety of tasks, in order to support in the delivery of the goals.The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Management of the Mobile Service Engineers within the Region and management of their diary
  • Customer/account management:
    • Incoming queries
    • Order processing
    • Customer support
    • Reactive machine breakdowns
  • Proactive servicing and training scheduling
    • Proactively organising servicing for upcoming months within the region
    • Communication with customers to ensure they are aware of the servicing schedule
    • Organising operator training proactively
  • Support for the Regional Sales Manager and Client Development Specialist
    • Diary management
    • Email management
    • Proposal and Quote creation
  • Maintaining an up-to-date ERP system through case management and routine daily processes
  • Maintenance of current business processes
    • Adherence to the QMS and to be a QSHE for the department
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:
  • Previous experience in operations and project management
  • Previous experience with an ERP system
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of capability and experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to think creatively, analytically, work together to create solutions for the business and customers
  • Attention to detail and a desire to deliver to a high standard
  • A drive for time bound completion of tasks
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others to complete tasks
  • Highly organised individual with a methodical working style
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload and time to meet strict deadlines
Hours of work: 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
