Job Description

Customer Support AssistantsTaskmaster Resources are looking to recruit Customer Support Assistants on behalf of our client based in Peterborough.Duties:

Making 100+ calls a day (NO COLD CALLS OR PRESSURE SELLING).
Telephone calls to existing customers enquiring if they wish to attend auctions and if they would like a brochure etc.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Active listening skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner.
Must be computer literate and good with emails etc.
Someone from automotive background would be advantageous.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (0830-1730) plus maybe some Saturdays but this is optional.
