My client is a highly successful business delivering fashion at the right price. They are a fast paced and evolving business and a very exciting place to work. Due to continued expansion with their online presence, they are now looking for an experienced Photographer looking to grow their career in this busy fast-growing ecommerce, fashion company. You will have the desire and drive to elevate the photography team.Reporting to the studio manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all photography standards are met, this includes product, still life, model, campaign both in studio and on location. You will be a focused, driven, hard-working individual that has the maturityand empathy to take direction well. You must be able to remain calm and professional while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Create inspiring, brand relevant, and on-trend imagery for E-com and creative shoots, elevating the product, ensuring it is commercial and in line with guidelines.
• Confidently lead, direct and shoot photography for still life, mannequin, and model imagery ensuring it is shot in an inspirational forward-thinking style whilst following in-house standards
• Responsible for providing guidance, training, and leadership skills
• You will be the technical go to in Photography.
• Maintain strong lines of communication with the studio and wider team(s)
• Flag any challenges relating to creative and studio management and troubleshoot problems.
• Manage the upkeep of all studio equipment, props, and supplies and organise repairsconstantly suggesting areas for improvement.
• Responsible for building a team of photographers to enable growth and smooth running of a multi brand studio.
• You will be answering briefs set by the studio and wider team(s) ensuring a high standard of photography is set.
• Perform and ensure quality assurance on all imagery produced by the studio team.
• Prepare sets, ensuring all equipment is functioning, set up lighting, take metre readings and keep records.
• Responsible for achieving daily shoot targets whilst ensuring quality and consistency, using internal trackers to manage the priorities.
• Work with Stylist and model on-set to co-direct and select final images
• Crop and upload imagery to servers in accordance with guidelines and accurately archive images so that they are easily accessible
• Keep accurate daily shoot records
• Communicate any retouch notes with the Retouch Team Leader
• Strong knowledge of other brands, websites, and latest shoot trends.
• Continuously evaluate model poses and product representation across all photography channels.
• Ensure colour consistency and accuracy.
• Follow seasonal updates and creative direction.
• Support with ad hoc duties as and when required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Photography qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field/job role.
• Retouch skills
• Ability to quickly source and manage product images from existing libraries.
• Understanding of usability and user experience online.
• Basic IT skills required
• Knowledge of fashion trends and colour schemes
