Accounts Assistant Job Ormskirk LancashireA returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy family office outside Ormskirk. In this role you will be reporting to the family in-house Accountant, supporting them on a day to day basis as well as carrying outgeneral office duties.Duties will include:Processing of invoices and payments on Purchase ledgerPreparation and processing of sales invoicesBank reconciliationsGeneral ad-hoc dutiesFiling and scanningCandidates must have:Good level of general computer skillsBasic use of SAGE 50 and ExcelStrong organizational and social skillsPreferred attributes:AAT qualification or equivalentStart asap£12+ per hour + statutory min pension20 hours per week over 4 days - ideally Monday to Thursday 9.30 to 14.30Office based role
