We meet the needs of students up to the age of 25 years with learning difficulties and disabilities, complex needs, communication disorders and autism.As our speech and language therapy lead you will...Have a lead role in the management of dysphagia across the college. You will be expected to manage the Speech and Language therapy team under the direction of our clinical services manager. Be proactive to support the development of the service in college using our quality assurance processes, self assessment tools and quality improvement plans. Our therapy teams are an integral part of our college so it is important you work closely with all staff to ensure strategies are embedded across the curriculum.Key responsibilities:
