Job Description

The RoleAre you someone who is passionate about Account ManagementAt Saint Gobain PAM we are looking for an Account Manager to work in our sales team helping to support the Valves Sales Manager to develop and deliver the National strategy for the ValvesThe role will sit within the Saint Gobain Construction Products UK team responsible for supplying Valve products across Saint Gobain PAM and Ham baker Pipelines.Saint Gobain PAM is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands and is the premier supplier of ductile iron products and solutions to the UKs key utilities, telecoms, highways, civil engineering and construction industries.What were looking for:

  • Experience in Account Management ideally within construction or civil engineering sector
  • Have previous experience in dealing with international suppliers.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills across multi-disciplined teams to develop and deliver the growth aspirations aligned to this strategically important product area
  • Strong IT skills and preferably experience with SAP ERP platform
What you will be doing:
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Resolve customer issues within an appropriate time frame
  • Ensuring our product is shipped out and delivered to customers on schedule
  • Ensure are customers are happy with the product
  • Liaising with our international supplier
