Transport Warehouse Administrator £25000 + benefits - free parking ManchesterTo provide administrative support to the Logistics area and to liaise with other departments, companies and customers to ensure excellent customer service.Duties to include - dealing with delivery drivers, goods in, out etc . Customers are contacted in a timely manner with relevant information, including: Updates on queries and order progress; Transport information; Samples and/or digital images; Up to datepricing information or quotations; Accurate logs of quotes, queries, complaints are maintained.You will need excellent planning skills to ensure Delivery schedules are met. Shunt deliveries between Bury and Manchester re effectively co-ordinated. Route plans are distributed to the relevant departments on time and changes effectively communicated.Drivers’ load and run sheets are prepared accurately and on timeThis is a busy varied role working for an excellent company
