It actually requires a large multi-disciplined team, working together and making best use of the skills and resources available.As a part of the Crime Recording & Resolution Unit in the Force Contact Crime and Operations Branch the aim of this role is to provide a 24-hour service to members of the public, operational officers and partners dealing with incident and crime reports.You will need to seek all opportunities to appropriately, ethically and professionally assist the informant as near as possible to the first point of contact and provide them with a clear understanding of how their contact will be progressed.You will also apply a victim-orientated approach to crime recording and problem solving, focusing on protecting members of the public and keeping them safe.RewardsWe are looking for flexible people who can work shifts.
