Job Description

I am delighted to represent my client for theircurrent urgent need for a Senior Finance Business Partner on an interim basis with the ideal start date being Monday 11th October!This need is an exciting role as you will dive in to an important company bid which would be crucial to the business and also fantastic for your portfolio.The key skills and experience my client is looking for include:

  • Experienced qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) with significant post qualification experience
  • Extensive financial modelling experience, comfortable building complex models from scratch as well as taking ownership of existing models
  • Investment appraisal and post investment reviews
  • Independent self-starter, proactive and hardworking
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to convey financial information to non-financial managers in a coherent, confident manner, enabling them to understand, interpret and digest the information, aiding critical decision making.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and business units, working with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, influencing key stakeholders to ensure decision are made with full knowledge of the financial impact on thebusiness.
  • Positive, flexible enthusiastic and driven
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel, ability to adapt
  • Knowledge of financial IT systems.
  • Ability to develop business cases and strong report writing skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, interacting and collaborating with other
  • Managing multiple deadlines for multiple internal customers.
