Job Description

Do you have a background in digital e-learning design, ideally as part of a Learning and Development function Have you successfully created bespoke and engaging e-learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate or similar e-learning toolsHSS Hire is the UK’s leading tools and equipment Hire Company and supporting our colleagues to reach their potential is key to our business. The E-Learning Designer will use their expertise and experience to storyboard and create bespoke and engaging digital learning that continues the development of our colleagues in line with our L&D strategy.Supported by a fantastic team, this role boasts the additional benefit of being predominantly remote-based, and therefore applications are encouraged from candidates who are self-motivated and thrive within a progressive and flexible working environment. Strong analytical skills will support you to carry out training needs analysis and design, create and deliver effective training solutions.Let’s Make It Together. With support from the L&D function, you will build strong relationships with the leadership teams to ensure all training activity is aligned with our business strategy and consistent content is delivered across the Group.
