The Executive Network Groups Logistics & Transport Division is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Assistant to provide quality and compliance support to our fantastic pharmaceutical manufacturing clients Quality Management systems.To ensure product, processes and procedures comply with relevant legislation such as GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, ISO9001 and BRC requirements.Job Title: Quality Assurance AssistantLocationLeicestershire (North of Melton Mowbray)Salary£25,000The successful Quality Assurance Assistant will have the following skills & experience:Essential A good understanding of GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, ISO9001 and BRC requirements. Experience of operating within a Quality Management system. Experience of working on own initiative and as part of a team. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.Desirable Experience in handling retailers/customers. Experience in conducting internal audits.The successful Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for the following: Ensuring that our quality procedures are adhered to Complaints, change controls, CAPAS, Planned Deviations will be logged and managed throughout the approval process to completion Quality documents (SOPs, reports) will be readily available, up to date, accurate and complete at all times. To provide quality support to the Site Quality Lead To manage the implementation of the Quality Management Systems. To conduct and support internal audits and manage corrective actions plans. To maintain quality improvement plans To update and review SOP/WIs ensuring that they are reviewed in line with agreed timings and adhere to current regulations/practices To maintain CAPA Log and ensure that investigations are completed in timely manner To support with Change control, Re-work and Planned Deviation process To support the Quality Control Assistant with building Works Orders when required To oversee manufacturing/packing processes daily.
