This Leicestershire organisation is an SME embarking on a journey of growth. They operate within the Logistics industry and offer a varied services and solutions for their customer base.While they enter this journey, they would like to recruit an interim Finance Manager. It could be a full-time or part-time role (four days a week) and will be for six months.You will work initially from their offices in North East Leicester. The business offers flexible working hours. Following the first few weeks, there will be the opportunity to work from home and the office.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead and coach a team of two. It will be your responsibility to manage operational finance. This includes profit and loss, intercompany accounts, bank reconciliations, VAT, and cash flow.You will be a finance professional who enjoys process improvement.
