Job Description

We’re currently representing a fantastic company based in North Cambridge who are recruiting for a Team Supervisor to work within their planning team.The role will be a full-time, permanent basis and their looking to bring in someone as soon as possible.Typical duties include:

  • Supporting the head of the department to coordinate the planning team
  • Making sure plans reflect and are in line with client requirements
  • Updating team progress tackers
  • Allocating jobs out to the team based on current workload
  • Ensuring reports are completed on time
The successful candidate:
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proactive approach to resolving any issues that arise
  • Good IT skills
