Salary: Up to £25,000 per annumHours of work: Full Time Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (part-time hours considered)Company benefits: 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays, Bupa Healthcare, Company Events, Company Pension, Free Parking, Employee & Company Matched % Pension SchemeKameo Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our client based in Oakington who are a leading provider of mechanical and electrical installation, maintenance, and project management services within both the public andprivate sectors.As the Operations Administrator you will join a bubbly team of 12 within the Maintenance Department, our client offers a wealth of opportunities for the right candidate to possibly become permanent.As the ideal candidate you will have an air of confidence about you and thrive in an environment where you work off your own initiative; come with a sense of humour because office banter is commonplace!If you are a confident and bubbly individual with a positive attitude our client would be interested in speaking with you!Duties & Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator

  • Liaising with sub-contractors call outs, and ongoing planned maintenance
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Organising planned maintenance visits from sub-contractors.
  • Keeping up to date sub-contractor maintenance spread sheet corresponding with clients individual contract planner.
  • Checking all sub-contractor paperwork and arranging quotations.
  • Handling engineer timesheets and calculating the hours worked.
  • Ordering and sourcing spare parts where necessary.
  • Raising and assigning quotations.
  • Liaising with property management companies.
  • Updating contracts as required.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Other office administrative duties as required.
Requirements for this role
  • Customer service experience skills with a good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team worker with good sense of humour
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and helpful approach to work
  • Good IT skills, especially in excel
  • Good familiarity with MS office
