As part of your valuable role you will offer recovery focused support as part of an established team for five women with enduring mental health needs living within our Northenden service. To work in a person centred and flexible way to ensure that the rightsof service users are respected and that women have choice and wellbeing. To promote independence and support service users to enhance their quality of life. We are looking for a caring, flexible and motivated individuals to provide person centred care andsupport in our supported housing service.You will need to be committed to promoting independence, well-being and enabling service users to enjoy an active lifestyle. You will support individuals in accessing social, leisure, education and work activities tailored to their specific interests andenable them to participate in their local Northenden community.Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation which is looking to recruit a Support Worker to provide the highest standards of care to service users with mental health needs in Northenden.
