Job Description

Primary TeacherSEMH ProvisionASAP startSANZA Teaching Agencyare working with a leading Primary SEND Provision in West London. They are seeking a full-time primary teacher to join the team from 15th April.This role would also suit a mainstream primary teacher who has a keen interest in transitioning over to working within (SEMH) Social, Emotional, Mental Health and is willing and able to deal with challenging behaviour.About the School:

  • A specialist provision for students with an Educational health Care Plan where the primary needs are SEMH difficulties
  • A small school which aims to provide a family atmosphere where pupils and families feel supported
  • Taking a holistic approach to the childs learning journey
  • Children are encouraged to take part in a wide range of sporting events and clubs, and other extra-curricular activities that build social and personal skills
  • Usually, they look for someone who is familiar with the national curriculum, academic, creative, and nurturing towards the children.
About you:
  • They are seeking a strong, confident and compassionate candidates who are passionate about working with vulnerable youth
  • You will be taken on as a teaching assistant- supporting pupils in the classroom, carefully guiding and helping them to make good progress in key areas.
  • Being flexible and willing to take on all challenges
