System Administration
Incident, Problem, Change management
Technical support
Asset management
IT order management
Adhoc duties to support the department

IT Support requirements: Advanced level of :

Windows Operating Systems Windows Desktop, 7, 10,11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Anti-Virus Software, MS Office 2016, MS 365, Remote Access Tools, VPN
Analylitical skills
Stayking calm under pressure
Flexible
Working independently
Team spirited
Self-starter
Interested in new technology
Time management

Basic level of:

SharePoint, SAP, Citrix, VMWare, Veritas Backup Exec
Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Groups)
Automated and Deployment tools (In-tune, Baramundi)
