Job Description

� Exciting Opportunity: Behaviour Mentors & Learning Support Assistants Needed! � Job Details:

Role: Behaviour Mentor / Learning Support Assistant
Daily Rate: £100 per day
Duration: Long-Term (Summer Term)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

� Work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (ages 11 - 16) within an SEN Provision
� Support students who are disengaged from mainstream education or have additional needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health/Behavioural Needs)

Requirements:

Experience with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD preferred
Ability to manage challenging/confrontational behavior
Previous experience working with children or young people
Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service

Role Overview:

Assist students with tasks and activities set by teachers
Address behavioral and special needs issues in collaboration with teaching staff
Help implement lesson plans and support the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
