Job Description

My client is a well-established, family run, independent agency and is looking for a new Lettings Negotiator to join their team in north-west London.This an opportunity for anyone that is passionate about property and has a tight grasp on sales, who has a hunger for high earning and looking to develop their skills.Duties

  • Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements
  • To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
  • Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
  • The ability to work well as part of a growing team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 12 months in London Lettings; preferably NW London.
  • Have a passion for property
  • A well-presented individual.
  • An eagerness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and prospect tenants
  • A UK drivers license
Benefits
