Supply Chain AssociateCY Partners Recruitment is delighted to be working closely with a growing manufacturing business that is looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Associate.Main Purpose:The client is looking for an experienced and organised individual to take responsibility for the function of procurement, goods receipt and inventory control to ensure on time delivery, meet agreed stock turn and related objectives.You will be responsible for managing the MRP in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of product, coordinating the internal assembly production plan’ with attention to supply and demand, and improving data integrity.Support supplier selection and lead the supply agreements, managing relationships with key internal stakeholders, and providing direction to the team on the resolution of any major quality or capacity concernsSkills and experienceThe client is looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills and be able to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the procurement function, including goods inwards, inspection, stock management, product assembly, sourcing, and other initiatives requiring project management within these areas.The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge/experience in the following areas:• Inventory Management, including auditing, forecasting and planning.• Highly operations focused with proven communication skills at different levels.• Competent and disciplined to maintain accurate computerised systems (i.e. SAP)• Experience in industry including technical, quality, and operational environment experience.For further details of this unique challenge working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, please get in contact.The recruiter has stated that all applicants for this job should be able to prove that they are legally entitled to work in the UK.
