Job Description

Sales AdministratorOffice-based roleLocation: BroughSalary: Up to £24,000Hours: Full-time Mon - Fri, flexible hours between 8am - 5.30pmGrafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a successful company who are looking for a Sales Administrator to work in the Brough area. A great opportunity to work within a team of friendly, hardworking colleagues and add to your skillset, whilst being givenencouragement and support throughout.The role:

  • Coordinating all administration from sales order to delivery
  • Communicating with customers, colleagues and senior leaders via all communication channels
  • Be the first point of contact for all external and internal clients
  • Answering calls/emails and dealing with any customer queries
  • Work closing with the external sales team, as well as the logistics and transport functions
You will need:
  • Be confident and enthusiastic
  • Experience in a sales environment is beneficial but not a necessity
  • Transferrable administrator and customer service skills
  • Having the right attitude and ability to organise
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office package
  • A modular building/caravan or timber background is advantageous
