The successful candidate will be able to hit the groundrunning with variety of matter types. They must have excellent technical knowledge commensurate to their experience, as well as a pro-active approach to risk management. Client care is a priority, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate whenthey have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service to the client. Mortgage Possession claims.
Debt recovery.
Landlord and Tenant work.
Experience in conducting County Court proceedings.
