• This Technical Specification Sales Manager vacancy is open due to continued expansion and growth of the business.

The Role:

• Selling a range of waterproofing and damp proofing solutions for a wide range of applications above and below ground through creating demand via specification.
• Engaging with Architects, Consulting Engineers and Specialist Contractors to track projects through from initial lead to project completion, with excellent sales and technical support teams to back you up.
• Autonomous Home Based role covering Scotland and North East England territory.
• £30k-£45k basic salary + 25% Bonus, car or Allowance, generous Pension, Flex Benefits

The Ideal Person:

• The right individual will have a technical understanding of the building process mixed with commercial flair.
• Previous sales experience in waterproofing, damp proofing or any building envelope solution where a consultative sales and a technical understanding of the process is required.
• Our client will genuinely consider individuals with little or no sales experience if you have a construction related professional qualification (e.g. Architectural Technician, Structural Engineering Degree, Civil Engineering Degree)who wants to moveinto a very consultative, project led, technical sales role.
