Job Description

They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology,training and education.The role As a Sales Representative, youll be responsible for increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with customers within the Spinal portfolio. You will manage existing business and establish new business opportunities.Other responsibilities include

  • Becoming an expert in the companys product portfolio
  • Exceeding performance objectives and closing profitable business
  • Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Being customer-focused and solving product problems
  • Carrying out customer training to doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of the products
The requirements You will have prior experience within the healthcare or pharma industry, as well as
  • Degree educated in a science or business-based subject
  • Keen to learn and develop technical knowledge
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience within a leadership position within a team, group, or community
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed
  • Able to build strong relationships and be a team player
  • Valid Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate
