This Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Assistant role is a Maternity cover fixed term contract for six months. This may be extended for a further six months depending on the needs of the business.Our temporary contracts have the potential to become permanent roles and will be reviewed nearer to the end of the contract duration.Customer Services is split into two teams working two weeks in the office and two weeks at home on a rotation basis to facilitate the smooth running of the business and aid in the health and wellbeing of our staff.Hours:37.5 hours per week plus 30 minutes unpaid lunch between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Hours to be discussed at interview and confirmed on interview.Salary:On starting £17,850 (9.15ph) rising to £19,380 (9.94ph) on completion of successful 3 month probation.Main purpose of the Customer Service Advisor job:The post holder will be required to provide an efficient and confidential high level of administrative and customer service support.Main Tasks / Responsibilities:• General order processing for all Company’s under the Group umbrella • Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries or passing them to the appropriate department.
