TemporaryInventory Controller - Immediate startIn this role you will manage a number of non-stock suppliers to ensure KPIs are achieved, ensuring deliveries are made on time and in full, and will work with suppliers on stock availability, forecasting, and overcoming supply issues.Inventory Controller (Non-Stock) Responsibilities:- Maintain all inventory data related to the products and towers.- Work closely with the Range Management team to ensure smooth transition of contracts.- Achieve non stock levels set out in the KPIs.- Manage out delisted lines for minimum write off.- Liaise with all stakeholders as required.- Build relationships with Suppliers utilising SRM programme.- Contribute with Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries.- Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution.- Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer.- Review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers.- Identify continuous improvements.- Understand where needs may require alternative solutions and explore options.- Work alongside stakeholders to facilitate requirements to reduce writing off of products.- Comply with Health and Safety.- Manage and present at team meetings and with stakeholders.Inventory Controller (Non-Stock) Requirements:Essential:- Good interpersonal and communications skills.- Negotiation skills- please remove this- Competent in using Excel- Confident with good attention to detail.Have previous administration in an office environment experienceDesirable:- Supplychain/Inventory experience desirable.Please send your cv for an immediate response.
