Creative Support is a nationwide not-for-profit care provider, specializing in the provision of person-centered support to adults with a wide range of needs.At present, we are looking for warm, flexible and motivated Relief Extra Care Support Workers to work in our supported living Extra Care scheme based in Wakefield. You will be providing personalised care and support to older adults who may have a learningdisability and/or mental health needs. You will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide respectfulpersonal care.
