Job Description

Location: Normanton (WF6 1TL)Contract type: Full timeHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £24,322 per annum, plus 22 days holiday rising, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits schemeAbout the JobRelationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special.   • Administer internal/external enquiries and data accurately
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are actioned promptly and resolved accurately in accordance with business agreed SOPs
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers, providing support as required
  • Ensure lines removed due to back order are captured and re-input
  • Maintain an understanding of and responsibility for the health, safety and security of self, others and business property
  • Manage own personal development, achievement of personal and team objectives and KPIs
  • Ensure own actions support equality and diversity within the workplace, promoting a professional and supportive environment
