Job Description

We are working with a well-established Manufacturing and Production business who are based in Normanton. This is an Office Coordinator position offering hybrid working.Client DetailsWe are working with a well-established Manufacturing and Production business who are based in Normanton. With sites across the UK, our client partners with leading authorities and departments and are regarded as leaders within their market.DescriptionAs the Office Coordinator you will have the opportunity to:

  • Liaise internally with colleagues to understand their requirement for hotels, gaining information of duration, necessities and location.
  • Booking hotels and accommodation.
  • Sourcing the best hotel deals and communicating with hotels when necessary.
  • Keeping in line with budget.
  • Being the point of contact for colleagues regarding any queries.
  • Ad hoc administration.
ProfileThe successful Office Coordinator will:
  • Have experience in an Administration/Coordination role
  • Ideally have experience of booking hotels/accommodation although not necessary
  • Have an eexcellent telephone manner and relationship building skills
Job Offer£22,000 - £25,000 + ASAP start + annual bonus + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + on site parking + hybrid working + flexible working hours + progression + private health-care
