Marketing ManagerNormanton- hybrid working (2/3 days from home)Up to £40KMy client is looking for a Marketing Manager, to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, your role is to drive the generation of leads for the sales team to convert and promote the brand coherently to target audiences. Youll do this by taking ownershipof the creation and implementation of the marketing plan and setting KPIs to track performance.The Marketing Manager will utilise and grow the marketing database (CRM) to target prospects who closely fit my clients ideal customer profile. In addition, you will support retention activities to ensure they continue to get a healthy share of wallet fromexisting customers.Digital marketing will be the core skillset helping you build account-based marketing campaigns to deliver high quality, qualified leads for sales.Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies & plans for customer acquisition and retention in line with business objectives Own the CRM database to drive growth Create growth plans with sales based on increasing existing business and acquiring brand new business Plan and manage marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads and generate additional revenue Budget planning and management Brand and value proposition management including brand values, brand identity, storytelling and governance Improve brand awareness and perception Lead on content marketing strategy to deliver and disseminate high-quality, relevant content Lead on owned, earned, and paid media activities through management of external partners Manage social media channels, including the creation and delivery of a social media content calendar via external partner Regular reporting and evaluation, using insights to continually review and optimise key marketing activity and spend (including marketing ROI) Carry out ad-hoc reporting/analysis as requiredSkills Required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Digital marketing experience (All channels including PPC, SEO, Email) Demonstrable experience of working closely with and influencing senior stakeholders Strong project management and organisational skills Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and plans which have driven notable new business growth Social media strategy and management experience Marketing technology including, analytics, automation and CRM experience - Hubspot experience desirable Content marketing and copywriting experience People management experience is desirable not essentialIf you are interested in the Marketing Manager role, please apply and Ellie will call you to discuss the role and company in further detail.Marketing Manager
