Are you an experienced IT Technician looking to join a fantastic family run business in West YorkshireDo you want to be a part of a small team and work for a company that treats you as a member of their familyIf so, pleas read on as this could be your next step!*The Important Bit*Base Location: NormantonJob Type: Permanent Salary: £24,500 per annumWorking hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – *fully office based*Benefits: Brand new state of the art office (free on-site gym, car park), company pension, 25 days annual leave + BH (increases up to 28 days after 3 years), electric car scheme just to name a few.*Day-to-day*• Provide first line support to all users across the organisation• Prioritise and categorise Incidents and Service Requests swiftly, triaging and escalating them to the appropriate resolver group when necessary.• Install, configure, and maintain software and network• Providing advice and guidance to staff on the use of IT systems and software translating technical information into easily understood language.• Repair/ replace damaged equipment• Test new hardware/ software before full-scale release*About you*• Ability to troubleshoot system faults and solve hardware/ software issues• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft stack technologies• Experience in a similar role providing 1st Line Support• Excellent customer service skillsIf youd like to know more about this role, or just want a confidential catch-up about what youre looking for, please apply or email me directly
