Job Description

Inventory Stock ControllerMonday - Friday: 9.00AM - 5.00PM (WORKING FROM HOME)Pay Rate:£13.50PHWhats in it for mePeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an Inventory Stock Controller to work from home 5 days per week paying £13.50 per hour. The company will supply a lap top and company mobile phone.This is a temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.To manage a group of Suppliers and Products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures of Supply Chain are adhered to. Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as phone, meetings, email etc. Providing analysis of data and presenting in simpleformats for tracking future supply chain of products.Day to Day Duties

  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain all inventory data related to the products and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Product Life Cycle team to ensure smooth transition of onboarding new suppliers for contract launch
  • Achieve non stock levels set out in the KPIs
  • Liaise with all stakeholders as required
  • Build relationships with Suppliers utilising Supplier Relationship Management programme
  • Contribute with internal Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries for our customers
  • Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution
  • Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer
  • Review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers
