Job Description

INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR - WILL BE WORKING REMOTELY FROM HOMEMonday to Friday 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm£12.00 Per HourWhats in it for mePeople Solutions are currently recruiting for two Inventory Administrators to join our client.This vacancy is offered as a remote role working from home but you may need to, very occasionally, travel to the office in Normanton or Alfreton for a meeting.Hours of work: 37.5hrs per weekMonday to Friday 8am – 4pm/9am – 5pmSalary: £12.00 per hourDay to Day Duties• Manage a group of suppliers and products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures are adhered to• Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as telephone, meetings, email etc.• Providing analysis of data for tracking current & future products.• Attendance of key meetings• Accurate data provision, with the capability to speak to Senior Managers around dataEssential Skills• Understanding of Operations and Inventory• Must be computer literate with key skills in Excel (VLOOKUPS/Pivot tables)/Google• Must be able to work independently on the phone, email and liaise with other department members and external stakeholders• Excellent attention to detailDesirable Experience• Background with supplier management• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages• Background in planning or stock control• Previous project experience would be an advantageWhat training is providedTraining is providedApplyApply today by clicking below
