Job Description

My Normanton based client require an experienced Customer Service Executive to join them on a permanent basis - Monday to Friday 8-5 and 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime. You will work in a small and friendly team and provide first class service to theclients customers, solving their queries and building rapport.Duties:

  1. Provide customer support the general public who purchase the products.
  2. Assist customers with sales enquiries.
  3. Process sales orders and help ensure orders are dispatched on time.
  4. Take orders over the phone.
  5. Carry out day to day tasks as required to complete company procedures set up by senior management.
  6. Deal with customer complaints and escalations. Follow through to completion resulting in a satisfied customer where possible.
  7. Liaise with carriers to help ensure customer receive their orders on time.
  8. Assit with the sale of spare parts and provide advice as and when required.
  9. Liaise with Warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed on time.
  10. Assist with internal office projects as an when required
