Job Description

Are you looking for a new challenge Are you available to start work immediately Can you commit to a temporary role If so, then this could be the role for you!We have an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to join the team at a distribution depot in Normanton, WF10.The role will be varied, but the main responsibilities will include:

  • tracking and investigating customers queries.
  • Using the CRM system to track customer queries, prioritising the workload.
  • Managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
  • Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
  • Coordinating investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Managing data using Microsoft Excel
We are ideally looking for candidates with administration experience, as well as experience of
  • Using Microsoft Excel to a basic level
  • end to end case management in a Customer Service setting.
You must also be able to write and speak in fluent English and have access to the internet at home.The role offers you:
  • £10.42ph
  • Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
  • Working on site in a safe working environment
  • Option to work from home for 1 week out of every 4
  • Free on site parking
