Job Description

Our client is one of the UK’s leading online retailers of cosmeceutical skincare products. With roots dating back to 2005 in their clinic, they expanded their expertise by launching an online store in 2008. This strategic move allows them to offer a widearray of home-treatment products aimed at enhancing skin health and appearance. As authorized stockists of numerous skincare brands, they provide bespoke solutions tailored to individual skin concerns, goals, and budget constraints.Position Summary:As an Account Executive, you will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the Brand team in nurturing and expanding relationships with the brands available or intended to be available through the onlinestore. This entails fostering collaborative partnerships and implementing strategies to bolster demand and sales growth. You will also contribute to stock management, brand onboarding, market analysis, and ensuring successful product launches.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with brand representatives to further mutual goals.
  2. Assist in executing marketing strategies and brand-specific plans under the guidance of the Brand team.
  3. Spearhead allocated brand-specific initiatives, ensuring successful implementation in coordination with brand partners.
  4. Place orders for stock in accordance with purchase orders and minimum order guidelines.
  5. Monitor deliveries and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of stock.
  6. Coordinate internally regarding stock arrival estimates, out-of-stock items, and shortages.
  7. Align stock ordering with brand plans and promotional activities in collaboration with the wider team.
  8. Maintain up-to-date records of brand distributors, terms, and relevant information.
  9. Conduct brand analysis to identify growth opportunities as per agreed objectives.
  10. Lead the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring seamless integration and successful launch.
  11. Facilitate communication with existing brands regarding new product launches, including logistics and marketing support.
  12. Support the implementation and ongoing management of the box strategy.
Candidate Requirements:Essential:
  • Proven experience in managing external supplier relationships.
