Job Description

SALES ADMINISTRATORLocation: NormantonSalary: £20k - £21.5k subject to experienceHague Group is a highly successful, customer-focused sales organisation with offices across the UK and Australia. We work closely with businesses around the world providing unique print, software and IT solutions.We now have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator who will provide proactive and effective administrative support for their designated Sales team members. Youll be based at our head office facility off junction 31 of the M62.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU

If so, and you are also experienced at providing administrative support for others, then wed love to hear from you! Youll be experienced in dealing with external parties such as clients, couriers and suppliers via phone and email, workingwith spreadsheets and inputting data. It doesnt matter if youre not from the print sector as full training will be provided. If you have already gained any experience in a sales administration role then that would be beneficial.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Order processing for Group companies.
  • Arranging export shipments with couriers.
  • Tracking orders through from production to completion.
  • Updating and maintaining sales and client records.
  • Monitoring orders for your assigned team members and letting them know of updates or changes.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers via phone and email.

WORK DAYS AND HOURS:
  • 35.75 hours / week: Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 5:15pm. Friday 8:45am - 3:00pm.
