Job Description

The JobA part time Payroll Consultant will be hired to work 3 days per month for an ongoing period. This role will support the business with payroll controls, audit and governance. Work can either be carried out on site or on a hybrid working basis or remotely.General responsibilities:

  • Support the business with accurate calculating of employee salaries, bonus and other compensation. Ensure accurate deduction for taxes, benefits and other withholdings. Handle any special payroll calculations or adjustments
  • Staying up to date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Maintain and organised and accurate payroll records
  • Handle employee benefits, including health insurance. Handle open enrolment processes and ensure accurate deductions
  • Address payroll related issues and inquiries from employees. Resolve discrepancies and errors in payroll processing
  • Produce payroll reports for managements and accounting purposes
  • Provide insights into payroll costs and trends
  • Audit support
  • Train best practice in payroll management
