  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritise, organise workload.
  • Ability to take pride in your work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Sound computer literacy and confident in the use of Word, Excel and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of Power BI and SharePoint type applications
  • Experience of working in the water industry would be preferred, but it is not necessary.
