Job Description

BPI Auctions is the UKs fastest growing commercial and industrial asset disposal auction site whose bespoke, full service solution, for businesses of all sizes, is revolutionising the Online Auctioneering Market.With Technology and our people being formidable drivers of our business model, our principle offering to our clients is an unrivalled turn-key solution to buying and selling their new & used assets, within a safe environment, whilst utilising our in-housetailored marketing strategy and specialist account managers, within their market sector, to maximise returns and save in both time and money.Our Operations team deliver a naturally outstanding level of team-work, commitment and flexibility which helps indisputably to enable our business to provide the level of customer service we do.Due to growth, we are now looking for a Project Manager / Cataloguer to join our team and build on this success further!As a Project Manager / Cataloguer, you will be responsible for:

  • Visiting client sites in order to ascertain what items are to be listed for Auction, ensuring a professional & courteous service, aligned with BPI Vision & values, is delivered at all times
  • Take pictures of items and catalogue them into Lots along with a detailed description for onward submission to the Auction Administration team
  • Collaborate with all members of the team & external parties to ensure exceptional service and a smooth transaction is provided throughout the process / project
  • Use initiative, providing ideas to deliver best practices and also identify any further opportunities
  • Use the tablets & Laptops provided to update the necessary systems to enable accurate data to be transferred across the business
  • Ensure any work sites are left clean and tidy - this includes all clients sites & BPI Warehousing facilities
  • Project Managing the end-to end process to ensure a slick outcome for our clients.
Working within an Auctioneering environment is not required for this role.This is a varied, fast-paced & dynamic position, where your initiative & commercial flair will be what makes you in this role successful.You will have drive, determination and the ability to spot an opportunity whilst being able to communicate effectively in order to deliver a stand-out service and be a key player who will turn your hand to any task.Training and guidance will be provided if/where needed to help you integrate into the processes involved in this exciting and challenging position.
