Job Description

Customer Services/Production AdministratorMy client is a leading provider of packaging solutions across 36 countries, due to continued growth they are currently seeking a Customer Services/Production Administrator to join their team based in Belfast.This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.Working hours: From Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4pm – Fri 7.30am – 2.30pm (flexible working hours)With a starting salary of £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).Closing date: Monday 26th February 2024Job Role:You will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner through the smooth and efficient management of goods and materials through production.Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Minimum education standard desirable is ‘A ‘Levels or Vocational equivalent.
  • IT proficient with strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience using an OMS system is a plus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible day to day communication with customers, order processing and completion of their requests in a timely manner.
  • Complete ordering of raw materials to support production services.
  • Play a role in product development, coordinating with designers, salespeople and production to ensure our systems are set up to allow for new products to be produced.
  • Processing the delivery dockets of raw material when it arrives onsite.
  • Organise alongside the production when this raw material will be run.
