Job Description

Business Support Co-OrdinatorAn opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Co-Ordinator to join a prestigious company based in Mallusk. This is a Full-Time, temporary position until July 2024 with the potential to be made permanent.Working hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5.15pm and Fri 9am-5pmHourly rate from £11.44 - £11.72 (dependant on experience)Job Role:As Business Support Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for working with and engaging with internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers ensuring deliver high levels of service and support.Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s, A-Levels, or recent Graduate
  • Preferred recent administration experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the process of a vehicle order until delivery
  • Complete proposals and liaise with our panel of funders, creating or requesting finance documents for the appropriate funder
  • Oversee the return vehicles for each Business Development Manager and requesting extension or arranging uplifts
  • Check the completion of finance documents before any vehicle delivery is arranged
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on availability and the delivery of vehicles
  • Process deals for pay out once delivered
  • Provide an administrative support to other departments/Internal stakeholder within the business
  • Run various reports for the Business Development Managers
  • Be the point of contact for customers while their account manager is out of the office or on leave
  • Provide reception cover, mainly covering tea and lunch breaks, per a rota for all administrative personnel.
  • Complete any other administrative activities as specified by the manager
