    • Do you have experience of the following
  • Working within classes on a 1.1 basis with pupils
  • Experience of behaviour support
  • Dedication to childrens learning and progress
  • Experience working within KS1 and 2
  • Flexibility to work across age groups
  • Experience working within a setting outside of schools for example a nursery/ sports club
    • Do you have the following qualities
  • Friendly, caring and approachable
  • Positive outlook
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Calm, nurturing approach to supporting learners
  • Ability to build strong rapport with colleagues, children & parents/carers
  • Creativity and willingness to input ideas
