Job Description

**hybrid role: 1-2 days a week from home**I am on the lookout for a skilled Office Manager to oversee the UK operations of well-established business supplying the agricultural sector.This market leading business have a head office in Europe and want someone to manage the operational side of their UK satellite office.The Role:The Office Manager will liaise with HQ to align UK operations with global standards in areas such as:

  • Customer Service
  • Facilities Management
  • Stock Control
  • Logistics
  • HR
You will also look after some basic finance too - making sure expenses are logged and invoices are signed off.The Candidate:The ideal Office Manager will have a proven track record of keeping the gears of an office turning effectively. You will need:
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, particularly in roles that support the core functions of a business
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple areas of responsibility
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving within the office environment
