Zendesk Customer Service Executive, Amazing Beauty Company, Full Home Working, Quick Start i.e. Monday 20th June, 37.5 hours per week, Up to £24,000 per annum, Temporary position for 4 WeeksOverview of the role:Our client who are a leading online beauty retailer are looking for 4 Customer Service Representatives to help cover a busy period of online customer enquiries/orders updates.This position is a 37.5 hour week (successful candidates will work a Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm) and the position will be based from your home (so no travel involved) so you can be based anywhere in the UK.To be successful in this position you must be able to start on Monday 20th June and also be able to commit for 4 weeks.You also must be familiar with using Zendesk as this is a system you will use from day one in the position (Please do not apply to the role if you do not fully familiar with the Zendesk system)and full training will be given in your first weeks workStrong customer service skills (written) are also required in this role as you will be representing the brand is the best manner possible.This company is a fast growing beauty company and their customer service experience is something they are super proud of so the ideal candidate will have a positive and happy attitude so they you will leave the customer with the best impression of you and thecompany.
