Service Desk Analyst, NewcastleSalary £24,000Our national facilities client has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic team player to join their thriving service desk. Supporting almost 4,000 users, this is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is keen to start their career in IT Support.The successful candidate will ensure all issues and queries are managed and handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. Working within agreed SLA’s you will ensure correct support and procedures are followed, portraying a confident approachto users and colleagues.Requirements:- Ideally some relevant experience gained within a helpdesk role- Solid experience gained within a customer service role (face to face or telephone based)- Tech savvy - an understanding and awareness of IT support and technologies.- You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure- An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work to well as part of a team.Whether youre:a) An enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills looking to commence their career in IT supportb) An IT graduate looking for their first opportunity, orc) An experienced helpdesk analyst looking for another opportunity……I’d love to hear from you.
