Our client is a large professional services organisation.BackgroundThis role could be the ideal career opportunity for you if you have previously worked as a HR Advisor and are looking for a new challenge. You will work alongside the rest of the people team to deliver support on all HR related issues.Main Purpose* Provide a comprehensive HR generalist support service to colleagues at various levels.* Support the Senior HRBP in the delivery of all people plans. Duties & Responsibilities* Provide commercial advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all HR issues to ensure effective resolution in line with policies and best practice.* Work with managers on investigations, disciplinary, capability, performance management and grievances to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and in line with best practice.* Coach and train managers* Give advice to managers on recruitment best practice and work with the HR Assistants to oversee recruitment administration.* Monitor HR Metrics* Monitor, review and update all HR policies.* Carry out exit interviews.Person specification * Previous experience working at HR Advisor level with experience of supporting with employee relations issues is essential for this role.* Up to date employment law knowledge* CIPD Level 5 qualifiedBenefits:* Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off* Employer contribution pension* Income protection scheme* EAP* Volunteering days
