Job Description

We celebrate multipleapproaches and points of view and believe diversity drives innovation, so were building a culture where difference is valued.The Role:You will work closely with colleagues in the Reward, Benefits, Pensions and Wellbeing team, utilising your knowledge and expertise to support the development of competitive and varied reward strategies which recognise the hard work of our employees and supportsour ambitions to attract brilliant talent.Youll regularly collaborate with colleagues in HR, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Finance and Diversity and Inclusion. Youll also be involved in discussions with senior leadership relating to our evolving reward and benefits strategy and new initiativesthat have been developed within the team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on reward and benefits projects such as benefit changes, provider reviews and new wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support salary benchmarking activity, analysing data, modelling changes to existing pay and salary bands and preparing updates and recommendations for the NRF Salary Review Committee.
  • Support HR Business Partners through the salary and bonus review process, providing detailed timetables, policy documents and training.
  • Manage the delivery of our EMEA benefits programs, supported by colleagues in our service delivery team.
  • Run the benefit renewal activity, updating our offerings to reflect our ongoing commitment to provide an attractive, inclusive and competitive benefits package to employees.
  • Work closely with the HR Systems team to ensure that data including salary review and bonus eligibility is accurate.
  • Analyse Gender Pay Gap reporting and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Manage the internal marketing of our reward and benefits offerings, including benefit presentations/ documentation, new joiner inductions and benefit events for employees.
  • Ensure market data submissions are up to date.
  • Develop and deliver the firms Health and Wellbeing strategy by co-ordinating events and creating campaigns on relevant topics.
  • Support process improvements, working closely with our internal P&C projects team as they look to streamline the administration of reward and benefit processes.
  • Provide data insights and reporting to the P&C leadership and the Salary Review Committee.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to forecast future pay and reward scenarios.
  • Input into broader P&C projects related to talent development, inclusion, attraction and retention.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experienced professional in benefits procedures and processes, with a proven track record of designing, implementing and managing a broad range of benefits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design through to implementation.
  • Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes.
  • Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas and proposals to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience of a Flexible Benefit system, in particular Darwin (Thomsons) is desirable.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Invests in developing knowledge of reward, benefits and wellbeing trends; attends conferences, reviews market data and approaches to reward, benefits and wellbeing.
