Witha demand for Paid Search professionals, youll be working in a positive and driven environment.As part of a department-wide hiring drive, Central Employment are working with a market leader as they look to significantly increase the size of their marketing team, including Paid Search Professionals.In this role, youll be working directly beneath the Paid Search Manager on B2C campaigns using some of the latest tools and techniques to drive sustainable growth within the business. To do this, youd work with the team to build, optimise, and displaycampaigns across a number of mediums using tools such as A/B Testing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Domo, and more!As an individual, you will have strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and be detail orientated while having pride in your work. This pride will drive your desire to keep improving your skill set, a desire that will be fulfilled by the team and managementaround you as you continuously learn from each other. While this is not an entry-level position, a requirement of around 2 years experience working on PPC projects is needed, but it is the value of this experience that is important, not necessarily where youachieved it.As a basic breakdown of the benefits of working with such an established company, youll be working a hybrid model of 3 days at home, a salary of around £35,000, Discount rates with partnered Universities, 25 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays.Key Duties:
