The Organisation;I am pleased to be assisting an organisation in Newcastle with their search for a HR Business partner to join them on a temporary basis.The Role;The role will involve handling casework. There will also be an opportunity to support TUPE consultations and develop policies.Key areas of responsibility include employee relations, managing absence, recruitment, health and wellbeing and engagement initiatives.This role will be for 6 months.The Person;Candidates must be experienced HR generalists with strong experience of handling casework and absence.Ideally, candidates will have the following experience:
